Thank you!

With your help, we raised $110,000, which will allow us to furnish the first homes of 50 young adults in need. Your support will make the transition from foster care to independence a less anxious time for them!

Hearts to Homes has eased the transition from foster care to independence for over 400 young adults in New York City, Westchester, Rockland, Putnam, Nassau and Suffolk counties. Open Hearts at City Winery is our largest annual fundraiser and a jewel of New York City philanthropic events.

This year, we are proud to honor former Hearts to Homes board member and the chairperson of our 2022 Open Hearts event, Patrick Dolan.

Patrick Dolan was our Open Hearts event chairperson in 2022 and a Hearts to Homes board member from 2018 until August 31, 2022. He is a commercial real estate professional with over 30 years experience in building operations and management. Patrick currently works for the Durst Organization, a privately-held real estate company based in New York City. He serves as Vice Chair on the Board of Directors for the Building Owners and Managers Association of New York (BOMA), which is an advocacy group for the New York City commercial real estate industry. Patrick volunteers his time running a parish blood drive and has held leadership positions within the Knights of Columbus. He has been involved in fundraising for Juvenile Diabetes and for Alzheimer’s research. Patrick resides in Yonkers, NY with his wife, Jeanne, and is the father to three young adults, Erin, Brendan and Meaghan.
