Donor Spotlight

The creativity of our donors is boundless. Hearts to Homes would like to thank Marie Graham of The Refreshed Home and Orange Boom for creating Consults for a Cause!

Marie is a professional home stager and designer in Westchester County who redirects a full day’s worth of consult fees to her charity of the month. Instead of paying her, customers write a check directly to the charity. Marie selected Hearts to Homes as the charity of choice after learning about us through our friends at Hudson Gateway Association of Realtors and Leah Caro.

Marie’s clients donated over $1,400! What generosity!

Thank you, Marie, for finding Hearts to Homes and helping our young adults move From Foster Care to First HomeTM!

GoFundMe Campaign for Foster Care Awareness Month a Success

Our May GoFundMe campaign raised $26,500 in donations.  We are indebted to the donors who rose to the challenge created by our Board of Directors to match their commitment of $12,500.  Hearts to Homes is now receiving approximately eight to ten referrals per month!  The GoFundMe campaign will allow us to furnish apartments for twelve young adults.
