Wish List Fulfillment Volunteer

Job Description

Hearts to Homes is seeking at volunteer to handle our Wish List fulfillment process.  This is a shared volunteer position.  Volunteer hours are approximately 4-6 hours per week, 2 weeks per month.  The volunteer position requires the use of email, the ability to work with a simple Excel spreadsheet and the ability to shop online.  It does not require the use of any personal funds.   

Due to ongoing logistical issues with inventory, it may be necessary for this volunteer to evaluate various products for cost and quality.  Generally, once items are identified, the volunteer will re-order the same items each time, as needed and provided they are in stock. 

Hearts to Homes provides essential household furnishing items and furniture for young adults who are aging out of the foster care system and have obtained independent housing.  This person who fills this position must be able to maintain confidentiality.
